[Cancellation, return and exchange]

About order cancellation

As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations of orders due to customer convenience. Thank you for your understanding.
Additionally, we cannot accept cancellations of orders after preparations for shipment have begun (after we have sent you an order confirmation email).

Returns and Exchanges

Please note that as a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience .
Returns and exchanges due to initial defects will only be accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will cover the shipping costs for replacing defective products .

Eligible Products: Products purchased at Mogol Art (https://mogolart.com/), outlet products, and pre-order products are not eligible.
・In addition, we cannot accept returns for products that are stated as non-returnable on the product introduction page.

(1) Products can be returned within 7 days of arrival.

(2) Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, please note that we cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchanges for the following products:

  • If you have not contacted us in advance via the inquiry form
  • If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived
  • Order mistakes due to customer carelessness
  • Reasons such as the color, shape, and appearance of the product being different from what was expected
  • The product you used
  • Products that have been delivered more than 7 days ago
  • Products that have become scratched or dirty while in the customer's possession
  • Products without packaging (bags/cases)
  • Any other products that are clearly stated on the product introduction page as not returnable

(3) In the case of the preceding paragraph or "return or exchange due to customer convenience," the shipping costs for the return, etc. shall be borne by the customer.

(4) Refunds will be made according to the payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.

2. Please send the returned item to the address below.

Once we have confirmed and approved your return, please send it to the address below, with shipping costs at your own expense.

*Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items.
*Please use the original packaging or provide your own packaging.
*Please note that we do not arrange for collection or send packaging materials.
*Please send using a shipping method that provides a tracking number, such as Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.

3. After receiving the product from you, we will process the refund in order.

Refunds will only be given for the product price (tax included) that you paid.
Please note that payment fees and other charges are not eligible for refund.

*If you return or exchange an item for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to our store.
Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

Refund Method

Credit card payment

The refund will be processed by your credit card company.
Depending on the card you use, it may take up to two months for the actual refund to be made, so if you have any questions about the timing of your refund or the amount shown on your statement, please contact your card company's support desk.

Pay Later (Paidy)

The amount of the return will be reflected in your Paidy balance after we receive your return/cancellation notice.
If you continue to use Paidy, the points will be automatically applied to your Paidy usage from the following month onwards, but if you do not use the service for three months, Paidy will contact you.

PayPal

In the event of a refund, the amount is to be returned to the original source of payment.
If you paid by debit or credit card, the refund will be returned to that card within 30 days.
If you paid with your PayPal balance, the refund will be credited to your PayPal balance within 3-5 business days.
If you paid by direct debit from a bank account, the refund will be made to that bank account.
If we are unable to refund your bank account, the money will be refunded to your PayPal balance.

PayPay, LINE Pay, Merpay (smartphone payment KOMOJU)

Refunds will be made via various mobile payments. Please check the PayPay management screen for details.

Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay

Refunds will be made via the various payment services. Please check the management screen of each payment service for details.
