Regarding orders

Q.What payment methods are available?

You can pay by credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Q. I haven't received the order completion email.

If your order is successfully completed, we will send you an "Order Completion Email (automatic email)" to the email address you entered when placing your order.
If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.

We also recommend that you set up the following email addresses to allow receiving emails in advance.

Q. I want to change or cancel my order.

Returns are possible with the exception of some products.
Please send us the required information via the inquiry form within 7 days of the product arrival date.

*Please contact us using the email address you used when placing your order.

*Please complete the return procedure within [7 days] from the date of contact from Mogol Art customer support.

*If you return the product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
 Please note that shipping charges from Mogol Art are non-refundable.

*We cannot accept cancellations after the product has been shipped.

Order mistakes due to customer carelessness

The color, shape, and other product appearances are different from what you expected.

Products used

- Products that have been delivered more than 7 days ago

Products that have been soiled, damaged, pruned, scratched, stained, or moldy while in the customer's possession

Products without packaging (bags/cases)

- Any other products that are clearly stated on the product introduction page as not being returnable

Q. Will an invoice with the amount listed be enclosed?

In consideration of resource conservation and protecting customer personal information, we do not include a delivery note with your order. The shipping notification email we send you when the product is shipped will serve as your invoice for your purchase. If you require a delivery note, please enter "delivery note requested" in the memo field in the middle of the payment screen. If you request one, we will include one in the package.

Q: I would like a receipt issued.

In the memo field in the middle of the payment screen, please enter that you would like a receipt, the recipient's name, and any notes. If you choose cash on delivery as your payment method, please use the copy of the waybill (ticket) that we will give you when you pay for the product as your receipt. *This is an official receipt recognized by the tax office.

Regarding delivery

Q: How long will it take to deliver after I purchase it?

◆Regular sales items We will ship your item within 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after your order is confirmed or your payment is confirmed.

* If you purchase this item together with a pre-order item, it will be shipped together with the item that will be shipped later. If you are in a hurry, we recommend ordering only regular items.

◆Pre-order items Delivery times for pre-order items vary by product. Please refer to each product page.

* Please note that as this is a handmade product, shipping may be delayed.

◆Notes on delivery ・Business days are weekdays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Please note that we do not ship products outside of business hours.

・It will arrive within 2-5 days after the shipping date. For remote islands such as Okinawa, it will take about 1 week to 10 days from the shipping date.

- Regarding temporary closures such as Obon, Golden Week, New Year's holidays, etc., we will announce them on the top of our website and on social media.

・We will send you an email notifying you that your order has been shipped as soon as it has been delivered.

・We cannot specify the date and time of delivery . We will ship in the order of your order, so we appreciate your understanding.

-Delivery may be delayed depending on weather conditions and delivery route conditions, such as typhoons or heavy rain.

* If you have only ordered regular products but have not received a shipping completion email within 5 business days after completing your order or confirming your payment, please let us know by contacting us via the inquiry form .

Free shipping for purchases of 8,000 yen or more (tax included)

*Additional fees may apply for remote islands. *Additional fees may apply depending on the payment method. *Delivery will be made by Sagawa Express or Japan Post.
